Classes
Classes are held on Tuesday and Friday nights in our new facility located at 68 South Main Street. We offer the following classes:
- Introduction to Fencing
- Foil
- Sabre
- Epee
- Youth Fencing (ages 7 to 11)
- Junior - Epee (ages 12-14)

Classes are offered as follows:
Tuesday Introduction to Fencing: 6:30 - 7:30 pm Epee: 6:30 - 7:30 pm Foil: 7:30 - 8:30 pm Friday Youth Fencing: 5:30 - 6:30 pm Junior Epee 6:30 - 7:30 pm Sabre: 6:30 - 7:30 pm Private Lessons
Private lessons are available on Tuesday and Friday nights in twenty minute blocks. See or e-mail Michael Olson for rates and available times.
All students must be at least twelve (12) years of age to participate in a class other than Youth Fencing.
Open fencing for class members and the general public:
TUESDAY: 7:30- 9:30 pm
THURSDAY: 7:00 - 9:30 pm
FRIDAY: 7:30 - 9:30pm
There is a $10.00 floor fee for open fencing for non-BVFA members.

Rates: Six week session is $115.00.
Family Discount $95.00 each additional person.Equipment:
Fencing Equipment is available for the use of students of the BVFA.
On your first day of class any comfortable clothing with sneakers (court shoes are best) is fine. On subsequent days, students should wear long pants (jeans, jogging pants, etc.), tee-shirts and sneakers (with socks). SHORTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
